What’s the difference between a let only and a fully managed property?


Student Haus will market the property to find a tenant and arrange the tenancy documents. Once this is completed, the landlord takes over the management of the tenancy, i.e. key handouts, maintenance and repairs, rent collection, etc.



In addition to finding tenants & arranging all tenancy documents, Student Haus manages the tenancy and will prepare an inventory of the property and its contents, collect rent payments on behalf of the landlord, deal with enquiries from tenants, undertake routine maintenance and undertake regular inspections of the property to be sure it is being kept to a good standard, and others.
