Most of our landlords do not live close to their student property investment or they are busy with work and don’t have the time to come and check the condition of the property once the tenants have moved out. Our landlords obviously have a vested interest in seeing the state of their property at the end of the tenancy to be able to make decisions regarding maintenance and repairs.
To help our landlords get a good overview of their property we have invested in 360° cameras at Student Haus. These enable us to show our landlords 360 degrees of any given room and gives the landlord the impression they were stood in the property.
We also send these 360° images to all our student tenants at the start of the tenancy. That way all parties can refer back to the 360° images at the end of the tenancy when it comes to the deposit administration.
At Student Haus we do not charge extra for the 360° inventory, it is fully inclusive in the fully managed set up fees.
